New Here?

“What can I expect from a visit to your church?”

If you are new to River of Life, here is some helpful information to help you as you get to know the community and find your place.

  • We have street parking on 8th St. and Eddy St. along with many spaces in our own lot. Because we are located in a neighborhood, please be conscientious of our neighbors, as we want to be good examples and show them love and respect.

  • You can enter through the South doors; there you will be greeted. Our sanctuary is located at the top of the stairs, and we have an elevator here for those who need it.

  • For those in need, we have donated bread and pastries on a table near the coat closet.

  • In the worship center space you are welcome to help yourself treats and coffee, all without cost.

  • As service begins, you are welcome to sit anywhere you wish. There is no name plates on the pews. We don't even have pews!

“I Have little ones. Where do they go during service?”

We Love worshiping together as a family! children ages 4-Grade 6 will be dismissed after our break to head downstairs.

  • Look for our Children’s Ministry Coordinators wearing light blue Discovery Land shirts. They will be able to answer any questions regarding our programs and where to go.

  • Our Birth - 3 years old room is located downstairs. This room will be open at 10:15 AM. Take some time before our service to get your little ones settled. Our Birth - 3 room is always supervised by an adult as well as a junior helper.

  • Our worship leaders will dismiss students ages 4 - grade 6 following our break. Once dismissed, students head downstairs to their classrooms. Here, our trained Children’s Ministry Coordinators teach a Bible lesson utilizing Discovery Land curriculum.

  • Parents can pick up their students after service.
